top of the world.

I always gawk in awe when i hear people on tv or on korean variety shows talk about how they experienced something that drived them to work so hard to achieve their dreams and get where they are now.

"After being in the accident and miraculously surviving,i realised the true value of life.After that moment,i worked relentlessly to become an accomplished actor...I realised life wasnt worth wasting and since im living,i'd want to grab my dreams whilst i still could.& here i am."

"After going to Africa to see the plight of the children there,the teenagers there,i couldnt believe the amount of luxury i've been living in whilst they didnt even have access to clean water.And yet we lived on the same planet!!From then i decided not to just waste my live away and 'follow the flow' like i always did. i studied hard,worked hard to make my life on earth worthwhile whilse it lasted...&here i am."

I wonder if its the same for everybody.Do we all have to experience a life-changing moment to motivate us to work continuously hard to achieve our 'dreams'?If we do,then what about those who just live life passively and dont meet this 'moment'? Do we just accept and live in mediocrity,without a 'drive',semi-knowing that we will die without achieving our highest hopes and dreams?

honestly,i dont know.(but here i am secretly hoping that if it's true,i meet this 'moment' real soon)
Because we all want motivation at times where the tutorials pile up to your nose.
so here's hoping,for those of us who hasnt yet met our moments,
WE'LL MEET THEM BEFORE PROMOS.

Sometimes,I like to live through dreams and idealizations.
But it is all good.

I like korean music and pop culture and am kind of a fangirl.
I love movies with Johnny Depp and all the four Hughs (Jackman,Laurie,Dancy and Grant).
I have 29403249032 favourite songs which will change by the time you read this.

I have a soft spot for geniuses.

I like vampires,no matter how shiny they become. Currently,Count Dracula and Damon Salvatore are my favourite badass vampires. I am kind of a Salvatore vampire.(Really.)

My favourite place to be is the Yishun Library at 3pm with my headphones on,mini-grooving to the songs I listen to whilst re-reading chapters from Helen Fielding's Bridget Jones Diary and having a good laugh in between the bookshelfs.
Shakespeare is my homeboy.

Tablo of Epik High and Gaeko from Dynamic Duo and John Mayer(despite the twitter-doucheness) are the musical geniuses of my heart.

One day,I will be revolutionary.
